Meaningful Leadership is our 12-month programme for senior leaders who are ready to lead from who they are, not just what they do.
Who is it for?
Experienced senior leaders, people with real responsibility, real pressure, and a growing sense that what got them here, doing more, being available, having the answer, is no longer enough. People who are not broken, they are performing. Who are not looking to be fixed. Who are, quietly, beginning to ask bigger questions, about who they want to be in the world.
What does it do?
Most leadership development builds skills. This programme does something different. It helps you uncover what is actually meaningful to you, beyond the roles you play.
It helps you understand how that meaning is already shaping your leadership, your relationships, your life, often in ways you cannot quite name.
It helps you unleash it: making small, real, ongoing choices that bring your outer life into closer alignment with your inner one.
It is not self-help. It is performance work. It happens to change how you live.
The journey
Twelve months, in two parts.
An immersion.
Three and a half days away, with a small cohort of peers, held in a space designed for depth rather than noise. This is where the work begins.
An integration.
Five coaching sessions across the rest of the year. The inner work is where the programme is made or lost, and the coaching is how it is woven into the actual life you are already living. We take the work beyond the top, to the second layer of leadership and the cultural carriers, the people who move the organisation in its muscle.
Three movements
Uncover. What sits beneath the roles you play.
Understand. How it has shaped, and is still shaping, your leadership.
Unleash. A way of leading that draws on more of who you are.
What you'll find
Contentment that does not depend on the next promotion. The ability to focus, and to boundary that focus. Relationships that feel closer, not emptier, as your career continues. A deeper, quieter confidence. And — for many — the return of a word that had gone missing: joy.
Who it's not for
People looking for a quick fix. People looking for a framework they can take home and apply. People who believe emotion is weakness, or that the intangible has no place in performance. If that is the work, we are not the practice.
How to start
Cohort sizes are small. We interview every participant before accepting a place. Write to us to begin that conversation.
