Purposeful impact

“The setting in the Peak District was stunning and the property itself was a 5* experience with lots of different spaces to work in. I loved the campfire!!

James has a gift in bringing to life the content in a way that is simple to understand while thought-provoking and engaging. There was a gentle flow to the three days that created space for reflection and going deep...

I loved the workbook - so well-designed. It worked really well as an anchor to the journey we were on and having all our explorations captured.

The Purpose Immersion Retreat was life-changing - just what I needed to reset and recalibrate. I feel so privileged to have been part of the Purpose Immersion Pilot with such incredible people. I would highly recommend the experience.”

A retreat group gathering at a dining table with various foods including bread, fruits, vegetables, and salads, with three visible people eating and enjoying their meal in a bright room with large windows showing a green outdoor landscape.

“The venue for the retreat was perfect – there was space to reflect, be sociable, walk and exercise but not be too far away from each other. It has a really lovely, homely feeling to it. The barn was great for the sessions. Keeping the spaces separate was good as well. The bedrooms were also perfect.

The Purpose Immersion Pilot provided the most incredibly insightful, inspirational, and fun three days of self-reflection and learning I could have hoped for. The program gave me the time and space to really absorb my journey so far and find my purpose through stories and themes. There were several epiphany moments throughout my time and tools and approaches I will apply forever. James provides an environment so free from judgment that you instantly feel an ability to completely immerse yourself into the process. James was the most helpful coach and was always there to support you through the journey and I felt like I had him in my corner every step of the way. I was so fortunate to go on this programme and all I can say is if you can find a way you should definitely attend this programme there is something for everyone.”

A rustic room with stone walls at our retreat space in Bleaklow, a high vaulted ceiling, a chandelier, a wood-burning stove with a pipe, a fireplace shelf with firewood, and chairs in red, blue, and green around a central point.

“The venue is a bit of a showstopper. It really sets the tone for the days, everything is on-site and easy to move around, there are plenty of breakout areas, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, large bedroom spaces and great views.

An enlightening and powerful experience with the potential to ACTUALLY change your life if you’re prepared to do the work. These things aren’t easy, but nothing that was worth doing was ever easy. Don’t underestimate the potential impact this could have on you. James is an incredible guide (adventurer, nerd, facilitator, supporter, champion, and critical friend) to take you on this journey, I wouldn’t want anyone else supporting me to understand my past and my present, and helping me to write my future.

It was amazing! Thanks for letting me be part of it and for guiding me through it all with care.”

“The secluded Venue was perfect for the course content. It was immaculately presented too.

The retreat was incredible. I was unsure in the beginning what to expect and what I’d get out of it. I was almost overwhelmed with the amount I got out of it and the experience will never be forgotten.”

As seen from our retreats, a peaceful landscape during sunset with rolling green hills, a fence in the foreground, and a sky transitioning from light to darker blue with some clouds and distant mountains.

“Getting out of my head and having perspective means I am more effective as I am not in survival mode. It also means I can test my alignment with my purpose and take appropriate actions to ensure I am energised which means I more focused, inspiring for others, energetic and productive”

“It has made me much more conscious about other people's purpose and the differences between them. Having the awareness of my own purpose will allow me to work towards a role where I can make the maximum impact for the business.”
